Chef exécutif chez Bridor depuis 2 ans , j’ai commencé par la restauration familiale au domaine du Bollenberg en Alsace puis des restaurant étoilé, Kieny, le Clairefontaine avec Arnaud Manier et Stéphane Derbord.
Après j’ai fait 5 ans chez Potel et Chabot avec JP Biffi et Marie Soria et 7 ans comme chef exécutif chez Dalloyau.
